ZIRKONZAHN ICE PLUS RIB MATERIAL

Ice Plus – The world’s first zirconia framework material for full-arch implant restorations

ICE Plus is a premium zirconia material developed by ZirkonZahn (Italy) specifically for modern implant restorations, particularly suitable for full-arch fixed restorations and cases requiring high load bearing capacity.

Biocompatibility

Zirconia has been shown to have superior biocompatibility and is widely trusted by dentists in single implant restorations (zero bone loss concept). However, the application of zirconia in full-arch implant restorations has previously faced many limitations. With ICE Plus, these barriers have been overcome, providing dentists with peace of mind when prescribing full-arch implant restorations.

Safe – reliable

With a stated flexural strength of up to 1900 MPa (with HIP) and 1650 MPa (without HIP), ICE Plus completely eliminates concerns about framework fracture during torque tightening. In particular, the weight of the ICE Plus framework is comparable to that of titanium frameworks, resulting in a less heavy restoration and minimizing increased load on the implant and supporting tissue.

Superior Aesthetics

In full-arch implant restorations, especially in FP1 restorations, the use of metal frameworks carries the risk of gray-black discoloration seeping through the gingival tissue, directly affecting aesthetics and patient satisfaction. ICE Plus, with its monolithic zirconia structure, completely eliminates this drawback, providing a natural, subtle color and long-term stability.
